We offer a range of services to our clients, whether it be the complete manufactured project, or the supply of rectangular shapes from our plasma cutting machine and/or the rectangular straight ducting from our coil line which is manufactured in lengths of up to 1.2.metres. Our company, the Alpha Tech Air conditioning System Factory LLC is backed by a dedicated team of professionals to manufacture and supply quality rich premium GI Ducts. In fact, to ensure that the quality of our products is not compromised, we manufacture them under the strict supervision of various concerned professionals Alpha Tech factory is equipped to operate with a blend of fully and semi automated machinery. This enables us to handle both large and minor scale jobs equally efficiently. Specialized personnel well trained in 'quality standards‘. Our GI duct are manufactured from exclusive quality material conforming to ASTM A653 /A653M in Lockforming Quality, Un-Oiled, Chromated, Regular Spangle, Zinc Coating Z275 ,G90 (275 gms/sqmt). Apart from fabrication in Galvanized Iron , we also undertake fabrication work in other sheet metals such as Mild Steel, Black/Carbon Steel,Stainless Steel and Aluminum. Elicet deliveries of ducts to work sites are ensured by efficient planning and with execution of orders by our Project team.
